Subaru is a 25-ish-year-old lady who is the manager of Miku and is affiliated with the small production company Misora Pro. She is one of the first fans of Miku and sincerely worked hard toward her idol's career. She appears again in Volume 22, encouraging Miku to accept the opportunity to move their operations to the United States and spread her music around the world.

Hiyori is initially Miku's rival idol. She shows coldness toward Miku for not being a proper idol, who has to maintain one's perfectness through and through. It is revealed that Hiyori pushed herself to the edge because she adored Yoimachi Tsukino, Miku's old stage persona, and she was aware of the tragedy that befell Tsukino and drove her to commit suicide. After Shido tells her about Tsukino and Miku, she finally lets go of her dangerous tendency and becomes Miku's friend. She reappears again in Mio True End, where Miku comes to save her when she was targeted by Isaac Westcott's Banderstanch units during her concert.

Also known as the phantom thief Lilac, Lyonel is a former DEM Wizard who stole the Rose Maiden at Akutsu’s request. Despite regarding himself as a well-known Wizard within DEM’s ranks, he is easily defeated by Origami in about 10 seconds.

Inue Yumi is a Quasi-Spirit living in the Tenth Region Malkuth. Her Unsigned Angel took the shape of an estoc sword. After Hibiki assumed Kurumi's appearance, she challenged Inue to a duel to the death in order to steal her invitation to Doll Master's survival game. Inue was subsequently defeated and lost her life in the struggle. Before dying, her final request was to hear about her opponent's dreams, as it belonged to the person who had crushed her own aspirations.

Todou is a Quasi-Spirit who is a part of the rebel army in the Eighth Region Hod. Displeased with the non-lethal war of the Eighth Region, Todou plotted to assassinate Retsumi after she was crowned the new Dominion. Her actions lead to Retsumi falling into a coma, with Kareha violently retaliating by killing Todou and her accomplices.
