|Relatives||Kareha Banouin (Older Sister)|
|Novel Debut||Date A Bullet 2|
Mizuha is the current co-Dominion of Yesod, working alongside Rinemu in a joint partnership. She is one of the Dominions trusted by Maya Yukishiro with the knowledge of foul play between Dominions.
Described as a Goddess that symbolizes beauty, Mizuha has doll-like features, crystal-like ice blue eyes and short, curled hair. Notably, her hair is described to be black in the novels, but is purple in the illustrations. Mizuha wears a fascinator, an operetta-styled gothic dress, gloves, and a choker around her neck with a gem fixed to it. Mizuha also has two beauty spots; one under her right eye, and one on the left side of her chin.
Due to her status as a style idol, Mizuha maintains an air of perfection around herself. However, that image is mostly a facade that she conveys to her fans. In truth, Mizuha is the type to be easily over stressed about her position of being a Dominion and only took the position to repay a debut to Rinemu. At times, Mizuha can be particularly childish, which is something that her older sister Kareha used to tease her for.
Due to Kirari Rinemu losing her ability to sing, an emergency contest was held in order to determine a replacement Dominion for Yesod. Quickly rising through the ranks as a SSS rank idol, Mizuha obtained the position and became the new Dominion of Yesod.
Powers and AbilitiesEdit
As the Dominion of Yesod, Mizuha has authority over all of the Quasi-Spirits living within the region. According to Carte, Mizuha has roughly a 45% Dominion rate, which indicates the level of control she can have in changing the layout of her region.
As a Eighth type Quasi-Spirit, Mizuha has control over wind. She primarily uses that ability to increase distance in which her voice can travel through using the wind as a medium.
- (To her manager) “Don’t belittle your own lives. As an older sister, that doesn’t make me happy.”
- (To Rinemu Kirari) “At that time I didn’t know anything… I had no idea of how important it was what you did for me, I didn’t even thank you…!”
