Haraka Kagarike (篝卦 ハラカ?) is the Dominion of the Fifth Region Gevurah. She is Tsuan's master.
Summary[]
Haraka Kagarike is one of the oldest Dominions and one of their strongest fighters. Rinemu described her as a supernatural, herculean, youkai miko who can destroy buildings with her bare hands.
Haraka is also a martial arts master who takes other Quasi-Spirits as her disciples. While ruling over Gevurah, Haraka leaves her region under the command of her disciples and departs for Malkuth after the fall of the Doll Master. She intends to search for someone to become Dominion there in order to ensure it doesn't fall into the White Queen's clutches.
Appearance[]
Haraka is a woman with eyes ferocious like a tiger which gives off an explosive presence. Her Astral Dress takes the form of a shrine maiden dress with a largely exposed chest section.[1]
Personality[]
Haraka is a warrior with a brash personality that makes it seem like she doesn't care much about what others say about her. Although, according to Rinemu's profiling, she is actually holding many problems and is unhappy about it.[2]
Much to her own embarrassment, Ariadne and Maya note that Haraka is a horrible drunk to deal with despite her being very fond of drinking sake.

Background[]
In the past, several of her companions ended up killing each other over fighting for the position of being the Dominion of the Tenth Region. Eventually, Haraka gained the position of Dominion of Gevurah and was entrusted with the secrets of the Neighboring World. Around this time, she also began taking up disciples to train into capable fighters.

Powers and Abilities[]
Besides being the physically strongest fighter among Dominions, Haraka is also an expert spell caster, such as when she performed a sealing ritual by using steps, gestures, and chants.[3] In addition, she fights using talismans filled with Reiryoku, allowing her to use wide variation in her fighting style.[4]

極光霊幻 ・赤虎星 , Gōsutoraito Beterugiusu?. lit. "Aurora Illusion - Red Tiger Star"): An offensive talisman attack fired by Haraka in a collaborative attack with her teammates towards the copy of the Tenth Spirit.
Through her Reiryoku talismans, Haraka is able to create sturdy barriers that are virtually impossible for a Quasi-Spirit to escape from. Additionally, if her talismans are attached onto someone else, they can also serve as tracking devices that pinpoint the target's location to Haraka. By distributing the talismans to her allies, she is able to communicate with them via telepathy.
