As the founder of Ratatoskr, Woodman has the final say over all matters in the organization. Despite this, Fraser and the other executive members protested and demanded <Dainsielf> to be built as a potential back-up plan in case Shido ever loses control of his powers. However, because of the weapon preemptively firing against their agreement, Fraser and the other members are removed the organization.
