Mana Takamiya[]
Jessica has a strong hatred for Mana, simply for her personal belief that she should have been Adeptus 2 instead. She is further frustrated that Mana is not only much younger than her, but also Japanese, showing a degree of bigotry. Jessica was so obsessed with proving her superiority over Mana that she took control of the dangerously powerful CR-Unit <Scarlet Licorice>, even as it eroded her sanity and lifespan. When Mana finally delivers a mercy kill, Jessica meekly confines with Mana, asking for reassurance that she will gain Westcott's approval before dying.
Sir Isaac Ray Pelham Westcott[]
Jessica is fanatically loyal to DEM's director, Westcott, and is shocked that Mana would betray him. As she died, Jessica expressed faint hope that Westcott would praise her strength, never realizing how little Westcott truly cares about his subordinates.
Ellen Mira Mathers[]
Jessica is deferential to Ellen as DEM's second-highest authority and its strongest Wizard, though she is frustrated that Ellen ranked Mana above her. Despite her efforts to surpass Mana, Jessica has never shown any interest in competing with Adeptus 1, even growing terrified when Mana pushes her into a fight with Ellen.
