Synopsis[]

As the 25th Annual Tennou Festival stage performance results are being announced, outside Tengu Square, Origami is still fighting off the DEM Wizards with the <White Licorice>Raizen High School, which ShidoTohka, and the Yamai Sisters are affiliated with, got the second place for the stage portion. Meanwhile, first place goes to the strong performance of Rindouji's Girls' Academy, which Miku is affiliated with.

Next is the announcement of the total results from the first day. Miku then tells Shiori that she lost because she was too dependent on her friends. Miku then remarks that she, and the other five Spirits she sealed, now belong to her. However, Miku is interrupted by the announcement that the first place overall for the first day goes to Raizen High School. This was because Raizen High's maid café received the highest percentage of votes in the food booth portion, leading them to make a comeback victory. Frustrated that she lost, Miku then summons <Gabriel> to emit a sound wave that causes everyone who hears it to be hypnotized.

Shido 0201

Shiori being held.

As Miku has Shiori restrained by her minions, she suddenly feels something uncomfortable. Concerned, she orders some people to remove Shiori's underwear and confirms him to be a man. Enraged at the trickery, Miku mobilizes the hypnotized people to attack Shiori. With nowhere to run, Shiori is forced to flee from Miku. However, he is stopped by Yoshino and the Yamai Sisters, who summon their Angels against him due to also being hypnotized. As Shiori is about to be attacked, Tohka, who appears to be unaffected because of wearing in-ear monitors, rescues him. As Shiori is contacting Kotori to pick them up with the Fraxinus, she also appears to be hypnotized. Kotori then prepares to blast the central stage of Tengu Square using Mystletainn, but she is fortunately suppressed by Mana before the command to fire can be followed through.

Above the Tengu Square, Origami is still battling Jessica and her DEM squad. As she is about to be defeated from reaching her time limit, Mystletainn is then fired by Fraxinus to the Bandersnatch and DEM Wizards, and Mana comes to rescue her. Mana quickly destroys Jessica's armaments and forces them to retreat. Meanwhile, Tohka is protecting Shido and at the same time fighting Miku and the hypnotized Spirits. Ellen then interrupts and professes that she came to capture Tohka and Shido. Tohka grabs and throws Shido outside to prevent his capture. Due to Tohka's inability to access her full power while sealed, she is easily immobilized by Ellen and is eventually abducted. Shido, helpless and overwhelmed by Miku's control over the city, is forced to retreat.

As Shido is hiding from the brainwashed mob and is eventually in despair on how to save Tohka, Kurumi makes her entrance. Pushed to a desperate corner, Shido begs for Kurumi's help to save Tohka. Kurumi giggles and comments on how things have taken an unexpected turn of events. Elsewhere, Tohka wakes up inside an isolation room in one of the DEM's buildings. She is then confronted by Ellen, who restrains her attempts to break free by using her Territory, which is known to be the most accurate among all Wizards. Ellen then prepares Tohka to be interrogated.

Kurimi 023

Kurumi teasing Shido inside Miku's house.

Kurumi and Shido then head to Miku's house. Shido, being anxious, tells his unexpected ally that he needs to save Tohka as soon as possible. Kurumi replies that they have to take care of Miku first. After teasing Shido, she grabs a photo and a music album of Miku, with her old stage name printed on it. Kurumi then used her Tenth Bullet: Yud on it to peek into the past of Miku. Meanwhile, Ai, Mai, and Mii are asked by Miku if they have found Shido. They answer that several people have spotted him, but they are still unaware of his current whereabouts. Kurumi and Shido then boldly arrive at Tengu Square. Kurumi tells Shido that the easiest method is to persuade Miku to stop chasing after him. Meanwhile, Miku spots him through her cameras and states that she already knows his true name and identity.
