It is to my belief that his power represents Da'at on the tree of life. This position of his explains why it is that he can seal as well as utilise all of the other Spirits powers. It also is a great representation as Da'at is considered something of a hidden outlier on the tree which can explain why it is that he is Male. Other thoughts and opinions are welcome as this is just my own speculation.

With the impending release of Volume 18, I'm sure that some of you are curious if this one will act as the end for the series.

With it's sub-title being "Mio Game Over", will this really be the conclusions or is there still one or a couple more up Tachibana's sleeves that he's hiding and getting ready to show to us?

This is going to be the first time I have ever posted my own discussion in the wiki since joining, but since it seems like a good time, I decided that it would be great if everyone would pitch in their speculation about this upcoming volume release: Speculating on stuff like how things will play out, how everyone will have a role (major and minor, or none at all) and how it will end... as well as if this will really be the end for the Date A Live series. So, everyone, let our speculations begin!

her familiy name is Hoshimiya right? her family name is familliar with Hoshimiya Ichigo (http://aikatsu.wikia.com/wiki/Ichigo_Hoshimiya) from aikatsu ... is she related to her or something?

her name contain six in her name (Mukuro), while Ichigo containt one (Ichi) even her name acctualy means strawberry..

and muku had same blonde hair too (i think this just a coincidence)

- basically Mayuri is to the Sephira Crystal what Irisviel is to Holy Grail.

Thinking about it, Mayuri herself is the aggregate consciousness of the Spirit Mana, and has the Angel named Cherubiel, which is based from the Cherubs that guards the pathway to the Garden of Eden, as well as the ability to redistribute Spirit mana to Tohka to unlock her Full Form.

Once Shidou had sealed all 10 Sephira Spirits, the Ratatoskr had planned to extract them into a Sephira Crystal. But either Elliot or Reine had planned to create a vessel for that crystal in order to keep them from falling to DEM or Round's hand, and what would be a better protection for Sephira Crystal than a Spirit that could redistribute her Spirit Mana?

Originally I intended to start this thread for inversed Miku, but considering how Miku is so supportive of the harem, I might as well open this for all the Spirits as well (at least until they grew big enough to warrant their own threads).

Judging how the plot take turns my speculations are

- The relation between Mio Takamiya and Itsuka Shido.

- Phantom reason calling Shido, Shin including their past.

- Phantom relation with Mio Takamiya (First spirit) as herself (Reine) said havent got a good sleep for 30 years.

- Phantom (Reine) plotting to complete the Spirits Tree. Also the reason She called them Child and his reaction to Shido calling her looks like a "Mother".

I recall that Westcott once called Shido, "Takamiya", linking him with Mio Takamiya (and Mana Takamiya) would later explain his relationship with her. Now all that matters is his previous Real Name. Was it Shin Takamiya? Theres defenition behind Shin name which is "Origin/True".

Last thing was about the First Spirits Appearance " She was summoned into the world by Sir Isaac Ray Pelham Westcott, Ellen Mira Mathers and Elliot Baldwin Woodman through unknown means."

The Reason Woodman fell in love with the first spirit and make another countermeasure to protect them.

Westcott main reason of summoning the spirits might be order to get stronge or conquer the worlds perhaps?

Ellen backgrounds, According to information she is 30+ which doesnt make any sense? Woodman looks somehow older than others two. Did they somehow summoned spirits during their childhood? If Woodman age is around 14-20 during the first spacequake it would make sense he looks older but it seems the age doesnt apply to other two (Westcott and Ellen) unless they're a spirit or took somekind of drugs to slow their aging.(Also her sister as Woodman secretary, while her as Westcott secretary)

Main Antagonist wanted to become immortal or stronger for whatever reason he has by controlling/having/taking spirits power.

Reine desire to combine all Spirits power to create something? or maybe return to their world.

Reine, Mio, Woodman might had a promise or reason behind the Creation Ratatoskr. ("The organization called Ratatoskr was an organization created for Shido's sake."

Shido/Shin as the person who hold the key and as a vessel for the ending of the series.

Not so complex but the Missing memories making it harder to link all the pieces.

We all know its going to happen at some point but the real question is how it will happen, and what will her apperance become, personally i have no idea how they would make her astral dress appear more intimidating but her demon king I believe will be a Scythe with a clock around the head area or something similar, what are your the theories on this subject?

What type of attacks do you think the 6th Spirit will likely employ and what form do you think her Angel will take?

I really love date a live ever since I searched up funimation on youtube and I saw shido and tohka in the thumbnail and the next thing you knew I fell in love with this anime, Its credibily and art and its romance is spectular the best! By the way I LOVE TOHKA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ok to the point, If there was date a live season 3 I would say more spirits would be appearing (based on the light novel) and (this one is not based in the light novel) maybe a new guy transfers but hes not a spirt but rather makes the spirits fall in love with him rather shido doing it but! Tohka accidently falls in love with him because the guy did a charm or SOMETHING I DONT KNOW! and shido gets jealous and does something about it! And one more idea would be all the spirits turn inverse form or tohka inverse form only and there is no way to turn them or tohka to them normal selve (NOT EVEN A KISS OR MEMORIES,NOTHING!) So what are your ideas if there was a season 3 of date a live what ideas of the episode would there be? IT CAN INVOLVE TOHKA!!!!!!!

She has already shown the ability to erase memories. So I'm guessing some kind of mental powers.
